What Does a Keto Diet Have to Do with 10x Your Business?

Ep. 063: Keto Results, Content Creation, and Scaling Success

In partnership with

I’ve been on a keto diet since Saturday, and the results are mind-blowing…

Within just five days, my body fat dropped from 20% to 18%, a change I never thought would happen so quickly. Even more astonishing is the disappearance of my chronic ankle pain—a nagging issue for almost a year—likely thanks to keto’s anti-inflammatory effects.

My energy levels are now stable, sparing me the usual sugar highs and crashes, and I’m finding a level of mental clarity that’s fueling everything else I do.

Chronic ankle pain gone

Body fat down from 20% to 18%

No more sugar-induced energy crashes

Sharper focus and lifted mood + extra energy

So what the heck has that to do with business and content, you might ask?

2. Launching My Own Podcast

Speaking of energy, I’ve been channeling my newfound drive into starting my own podcast

I’ve been thinking about creating a podcast for one main reason: in business, we often need laser focus, but I also want a platform that lets me explore broader topics—like entrepreneurship, masculinity, social trends, and the bigger picture of living abroad—and frankly, I think it is the future of honest conversations as opposed to the traditional mainstream media format with preapproved narratives from a few elitist idiots.

A podcast feels like the perfect medium:

Over half of all Americans aged 18+ now tune in to podcasts every month.

80% of listeners stick with an entire podcast episode, showing deeper trust and engagement compared to mainstream channels since traditional mainstream media has lost all credibility for peddling woke garbage and not allowing full conversations without interrupting people.

• If you can break 3,000 downloads in a single week, you’re already in the top 5% of all podcasts.

So before jumping into this endeavor, I decided to do my homework by guesting on other shows. Over the past few weeks, I’ve appeared on four different podcasts, which taught me a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and how I might stand out. After appearing on these shows in the past couple of weeks, I discovered how much I love exchanging ideas with other entrepreneurs—especially those who share my passion for a location-independent lifestyle.

Here are a few; only one has been published; the other three have not yet.

Now I’m ready to dive in with my own video-based podcast, tentatively called the “Nomad CEO” podcast.

I’m still deciding whether in-person or remote interviews are best, but my first episode—featuring German entrepreneur and ex-bodybuilder Kevin Beutler—is already in progress.

Kevin’s currently building his second (!) resort in Bali with his company Bali Invest after living abroad for just four years, and I can’t wait to share his inspiring story with you next week! 😄

I plan to record video episodes focused on this Solopreneur Expat Nomad theme, highlighting entrepreneurs who’ve built their own empires while roaming the globe. I’m still unsure whether in-person interviews or remote calls offer the best vibe, but my first episode with a German entrepreneur and ex-bodybuilder I visited yesterday, Kevin Beutler, is already in the works. He is already building his second resort here in Bali after only 4 years living abroad!

Stay tuned, because I can’t wait to share this inspiring conversation with you next week.

3. Outreach Strategy & Growth

Meanwhile, my outreach strategy to scale my ghostwriting agency has been cranked up to the next level—and it’s paying off in a big way.

more leads that I can handle

By deploying targeted cold outreach, I’ve generated far more leads than I can manage alone, prompting me to hire two new team members to handle campaigns and follow-ups.

This sudden growth aligns with my broader vision of running an agency right here in Bali, supporting global clients without sacrificing my nomadic freedom. Managing the momentum is a challenge, but it’s a thrilling one—especially when I see how much potential there is for further expansion. Bringing extra hands on deck has been a game-changer for scaling up and serving Smore entrepreneurs.

So that is that from my side, just to keep you guys updated.

Happy weekend!

Roman
